Dale F. Provonche- 63, from Plymouth passed away after a long illness at Wingate Silver Lake in Kingston on November 14, 2014. He leaves behind many friends and family including his mother, Hazel M. Provonche from Middleboro; his wife, Victoria L. Provonche from Plymouth; his daughter, Sarah M. Provonche from Washington; his son Patrick D. Provonche and wife Pamela from Middleboro; his step-daughter, Kate E. Justice from Kingston and his step-son Dan J. Justice from Florida. He was beloved Papa to Kaylynn, Alexis, Lucas and Killian.
Dale graduated high school from Plymouth- Carver and went on to complete his college degree in computers. He had many jobs over the years but retired as a supervisor in the construction division at Tedeschi Realty Corp.
Arrangements under the care of Bartlett Funeral Home, 338 Court Street, Plymouth. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Friday, November 21st from 5-7 pm. Burial will be private.
