Charles Fred  Tebo
Tebo, Charles F., 85, passed away Monday, September 18th at his home surrounded by his family after a brief battle with cancer.
Charlie was born in Waltham, MA to Wilbur and Olga (Fehrm) Tebo and called Gloucester, his home. Charlie graduated from Cambridge High and Latin in Cambridge, and earned Associates Degrees from Stockbridge Agricultural School at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and Burdett School of Business. Charlie worked as a controller for 37 years at Frost Company. Following that, Charlie worked for 17 winters at the Sunday River Ski Resort in Bethel, Maine.
Charlie was an avid skier and joined his beloved Prime Time Ski Club where he made many great friends and memories skiing, biking and at pot-luck dinners. Charlie also enjoyed spending time in his garden and having dinners with his extended family.
Charlie was married to Susan (Fleming) and celebrated their 46th anniversary earlier this month. They moved to Melrose where they lived and raised their family for 26 years before moving to Centerville.
In addition to his wife Charlie leaves behind his daughter, Jennifer Casey of Plymouth, her husband Colin and their children Jack and Max; son, Stephen Tebo of Barnstable, his wife Stacey and their children Riley, Jackson and Isabella; daughter, Dara Tebo of Falmouth. He also leaves behind his sister, Louise Talbot of Port Charlotte, FL. Dear friend Barbara Kelley of Sandwich. Charlie also leaves behind many loving nieces, nephews, sister and brother in-laws, and close friends.
Charlie was preceded in death by his brothers Will and Bob, and his sister Natalie.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, September 24th at 1 pm at the Indian Pond Country Club, 60 Country Club Way Kingston, MA.
