Obituary for Daniel Joseph Cash

Daniel Joseph Cash
Daniel Joseph Cash, Sr. from West Bridgewater, MA
Daniel “Dan” Cash, age 52 of West Bridgewater, died unexpectedly at home on Wednesday, November 8, 2017.
Devoted husband of Gail (Griffith), he is survived by her children; Cheryl, Mark and Jeffrey Gallagher. Dan was the loving father to his one and only son, Dan, Jr. and his wife, Melissa of Bridgewater. He was the devoted son of the late Bill and Betty Cash of Canton, loving brother to Barbara Eartbawey of Bridgewater, Bill and Maggie Cash of Maine, Paula and David McNeil of Easton, Steve Cash of Canton, Doreen and Tom Heffron of Plymouth and his twin brother Donny Cash of Maine. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his siblings, the late Marie Lorizio, Brian Cash, and Ricky Cash.
Dan was born in Stoughton, MA. He attended and graduated from the Stoughton school system. Ever since Danny was a little boy, he loved going out into the backyard where his dad worked on cars. Dan wanted to learn everything he could about fixing cars. That passion led him to go to school and become a certified top-notch mechanic for automobiles and diesel trucks and buses. He also loved dogs and riding his “Harley.” Danny will truly be missed and loved by many. May he rest in peace. Amen.
A funeral service at St. James Lutheran Church, 214 York Street, Canton, MA 02021 will be held on Saturday, November 18 at 11:00 am. A reception will follow at the church center.
