To the Swiniarski Family,
What a terrible loss. My Fraternity brothers and I had many lively discussions with Frank over the years. He was an active participant, we enjoyed his company, and his presence will be missed.

Hello, my name is Dawn and I am part of the infamous "train gang". I have ridden the train with Frank for several years and Frank also worked in the same building as I at One Beacon in Boston. News of Frank's passing left me very saddened and heartsick especially since I just had the pleasure last Wednesday of meeting his son Kevin on the train who was heading back to NYC and Frank was never more proud to introduce him to all of us....he was beaming....he also told us the unbelievable news of becoming a grandfather on or about Oct. 11th! He was so excited at the thought! I am so truly sorry for your family's loss. Frank was a special, funny and warm man who will be missed by all. God Bless. Dawn Kearns

Hi Charlene,

Pam and I were so sorry to hear the news about Frank! We have such great memories of the fun we had together ... dinners, New Years Eve parties ... and of course, my memories of our adventures on the golf course! Our thoughts and prayers are with you, Keith, Kirsten and Kevin. It's hard to adequately express how we feel from 2700 miles away, but I'm sure you know.

I am still numb over the news of Frank’s passing. Only Friday, we were working on the quarterly information statement. The last e mail I got from him was at 12:41 pm on Friday March 25th. Frank was the “go to” guy when it came to computer applications. He had an incredible sense of humor and always had a funny story to tell. They would begin like this: “did you ever hear about the one with?” (you fill in the rest). He was always there to answer questions or help with any computer application difficulties we had and always seem to come up with a way to make any process simpler. We at Mass Housing will miss him very much. My thoughts and prayers are with his family during this difficult time.

Dear Charlene, Keith, Kirsten and Kevin,
I am so sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. It's been several years since I've seen you all, but your dad and you all welcomed my family to Plymouth many years ago on Jordan Rd. It meant a lot to my family to have welcoming neighbors like you. Please know my family and I are thinking of you during this time and may you all find peace and comfort in the memories you shared with him.

To Frank's Family;

I have been riding the Kingston line with Frank for almost three years. He has truly been a wonderful treasure on the Kingston line. He will surely be missed by all of those he touched. He was a true fixture on the Kingston line, all anyone had to do was mention his name and everyone knew who they were talking about. He has made many a miserable day fade away and long disastrous train rides bearable. He has made so many people on the train smile and laugh- by just being himself. It is very rare to find someone with so much light and life in them, but that was Frank.He was so proud of his family and when he talked about the family he truly beamed. Words cannot describe how much he will be missed on the Kingston line by all of riders.

Charlene and Family, I was deeply saddened to hear of Frank''s passing, I only heard the news yesterday or I would have been at the funeral,please accept my condolences for your loss. Frank and I go way back, as I am also a West Lynner, and it was Frank that got me involved with PGP. I have many fond memories of our college days together and as I read through the postings above, it is nice to see that Frank kept his zest for life and his sense of humor the same since his college days. My thoughts are with you all in this difficult time.
