Allison Marie (Lary) Thomson passed away in Hyannis, Massachusetts on September 20th, surrounded by family and friends, following a courageous battle with cancer.
Allison was born on the Fourth of July in the year 1982 to the late James P. “Jim” and Suzanne Lary of Plymouth, MA. She was happiest in the mountains of her adopted state of Vermont, the beaches of her treasured Cape Cod and grooving to the music of her favorite bands.
Allison was a 2000 graduate of Barnstable High School and a 2006 graduate of Lyndon State College. Along with her mother Suzanne, she is survived by her adoring husband, James and their angelic son, Liam, of Centerville, MA, her sisters; Kim Lee of Milton, MA and Sheri Ryder of Bridgewater, MA, Kim’s husband, Chris and Sheri’s husband, Mike. She also leaves behind nieces; Sydney Lee and Kasey Ryder and nephews Carter Lee and Jack Ryder as well as Aunt Dianne Barrett Elfering. She also leaves a flock of dear and loyal friends, all won over by her enchanting spirit, smile and heart.
An educational trust has been created for Allison and James’s son, Liam and can be donated to in care of sister Sheri Ryder, 1438 South Street, Bridgewater, MA 02324
