Obituary for Anne C Mansi (Malloy)

Anne Catherine Mansi, 86, of South Dennis, MA, formerly of Cumberland, RI passed away peacefully on
July 20 th at home surrounded by her loving family. Beloved wife of Francis Joseph Mansi, Cape Cod is
where their Story began. They met on the Cape, married, raised their family in her home town of
Cumberland, RI. Anne shared many wonderful memories of spending time on the Cape as a child with
her family and later with her sisters and brothers and their children. Anne and Frank eventually moved
to the Cape full time. Their Story ends where it began, on the Cape over 60 years later with Frank by
her side until the end.

Daughter of the late Thomas H. and Mary (Mae) Geddes Malloy, she lived in Cumberland most of her
life. Anne graduated from Rhode Island College and taught in Cumberland schools for 35 years. She
was an avid fan of Jeopardy, fond of crossword puzzles, and real crime dramas. She loved collecting and
decorating for the holidays with her daughter Kara. Anne was a devoted Catholic and generous to a
fault. She especially enjoyed spending quality time with her family. They spent many years building
wonderful memories in Cumberland and on Cape Cod.

Anne was the beloved mother of the late Kevin F. Mansi and Kara Crawley. Leaves behind five
cherished grandchildren, Ryan Mansi and Josh Davis, Kyle and her wife Britney Mansi, Keagan, Kali, and
Kaiden Crawley, great granddaughter, Kevlyn Mansi, god daughter Beth Anne McIntyre and dear friend
Rosemary Reilly, as well as many nieces, nephews and friends.

Anne is survived by her daughter-in-law Susan Mansi, son-in-law Kevin Crawley, sister Frances Gallella,
brother William and his wife Paula Malloy, sisters-in-law Sue Ann Griffith and Joan Malloy, predeased
by her beloved son, Kevin, her brother Thomas J. Malloy, nephew, Jay Gallella, sister-in-law, Carmilla
Sajewski, brothers-in-law, Theodore Sajewski and James Gallella.

Anne maintained her Irish wit and composure until the end. The glue that held her family together, she
was a reservoir of hope, strength, commitment and love for all who knew her. She will be dearly
missed.

Christian Funeral Mass Monday August 16th, 11:00am, Our Lady of the Cape, 468 Stony Brook Rd, Brewster MA. No Calling hours. Burial will be private.
