Obituary for Carolee Gay Reddington (Watts)

Carolee G. (Watts) Reddington (80) passed away on Thursday, March 3, 2022, at Beth Israel Deaconess
Hospital (Plymouth) surrounded by family. She was the daughter of the late Edith (Walsh) and John
Watts.

Carolee was preceded in death by her husband, Donald, of 49 years as well as her son Daniel. She is
survived by her children Sheri Diozzi of Plymouth (her soul caretaker for the past seven years), Jodi
Marshall of Arizona, and Donald Reddington II of Plymouth. Grandmother to Garrett Wilson II, Katelyn
Valanzola, Isaias Medina, Sara Marshall, Erica Marshall-Saucedo, Breanna, Carrie, Cole, Daniel
Reddington II, Donald E. Reddington III. Additionally, she was the great grandmother of six.

She is also survived by her sisters Bonnie Luongo of Billerica, Pamela (Michael) Siracuse of Saugus,
William Watts of Jacksonville and many nieces and nephews.

Carolee was born in Everett, Massachusetts and attended the Everett School System. She always had an
interest in nursing and achieved her RN from the Whidden Memorial Hospital School of Nursing. Using
her knowledge, at first, as a practical nurse. After moving to Plymouth, she worked as a charge nurse at
the Mayflower House Nursing Home. For many years, she worked at Boston Edison/Entergy in their
medical building performing fitness for duty physicals. She ended her career in the utilization review
department of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts.

Carolee will be interred in the Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne, Massachusetts joining her
husband, Don. There will be no public services.
