Tretola, Carolyn (Mclaughlin,) resident of Braintree passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family on March 13th, 2020. Carol was born in Boston to the late Neil and Everyln Mclaughlin (Ryan.) She graduated from Hanover High School in 1955 and became a dedicated housewife and worked hard to raise her three children. She was also graciously dedicated to helping many family members and loved ones.
Beloved by so many, she is survived by Son and Daughter in law Kevin and Kim Penney, and Daughter and Son in law Kathy & Gary Wallis. Carolyn was a loving and proud Nana to grandchildren Brian, Scott, Chris, Matt, Michelle, Kiley, Gavin and great-grandchild Allie. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
In Celebration of her life, a memorial service will be held for Carolyn at a later date. Donations in her memory can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or a charity of your choice.
