On Thursday, May 6th, 2021 Carroll M. Matrango passed away peacefully at her home in Dennis at the age of 56. Carroll was born in North Adams, MA. She was the daughter of Theresa C. Matrango and the late State Rep. Frank J. Matrango. Carroll was dearly loved and was the light of her family. She is survived by her mother, Theresa C. of Dennis, MA, twin brothers, Bernard and Francis of North Truro, MA, David of Halifax, Vermont, John and his wife Karen (Ambrose) of Yarmouth MA, a niece Mariea and a nephew Joseph of Yarmouth, MA. Carroll graduated from Salem State College and worked for the Vice President of Blue Cross Blue Shield. She was one of the first people to begin and promote the Pan Mass Challenge Bile Race for charity. Carroll later returned to Dennis to be the caregiver of her mother, Theresa. She loved travelling to their families place in Southern Vermont and was the nicest youngest sister of four brothers, for which her family is ever grateful. A Mass will be said in her name at a later date. Love Always my sister.
