Enrique passed away at home surrounded by loved ones. He was the loving son of Juan and Caridad (Benitez) Lopez. Enrique is predeceased by his loving wife Blanca (Loriga) Lopez and also by his 3 siblings Roberto, Juan and Anna.
Survived by his son William and his wife Jackie and their 3 children, Alanna, Samantha and Billy. Also survived by his son Richard Lopez and his wife Kim and Richards 4 children Amanda, Antonio, Marissa and Deanna. Enrique enjoyed many years with his 6 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren as well as many nephews and nieces.
Enrique emigrated to the United States from Cuba and was very proud to become an american citizen. His first job in America was working for Compugraphics where he stayed until retirement. He was an avid Boston Red Sox fan. He also enjoyed riding motorcycles and fixing cars. He was a proud member of the Freemasons. His biggest joy in life was the 55 years he spent with his beautiful wife and soul mate Blanca whom he loved with all of his heart. Enrique was a kind and loving man who will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
Funeral arrangements will be under the care of the Bartlett Funeral Home, 338 Court Street, Plymouth. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, June 25th from 4-7 pm. A graveside burial will take place at St. Joseph's Cemetery in West Roxbury on Friday, June 26th at 11:00 am. Friends and relatives are respectfully invited to attend.
