Franna J. Boyce (Sachs), age 72, of Quincy, formerly of New Bedford, passed away peacefully Tuesday January 7 at the Seasons Hospice in Milton after a long illness. She was the daughter of James and Estelle (Rosenfeld) Sachs. Franna was employed for many years by the City of Boston Centers for Youth and Families and worked as an Assistant Director at the Menino Community Center in Roslindale. She leaves two sisters, Ilene of Boston, Melissa and her husband Paul Pinnetti of Scituate, two brothers, Steven and his long-time companion Jo Ann Cabral of New Bedford, Scott and his wife Amy of Washington, No. Carolina, and two nieces, Elissa Sachs of Burlington, No. Carolina and Maggie Sachs of Philadelphia, PA. She also leaves her long-time companion Victor Scott of Quincy.
