Obituary for Paul Douglas Duquette

Paul Douglas Duquette, 58, son of the late Edward Duquette and Mary Lemay, passed away Friday, February 19th after a short battle with COVID-19. He is survived by his wife Dawn Duquette (nee Scamman), his children David and his fiancee Hannah Teceno, his daughter Arianna, son Timothy, and foster son Kevin Hayes. His brothers Edward Duquette of California, Michael Duquette of Massachusetts, and Eric Duquette of Massachusetts. He is also survived by a very special extended family of Karl Pagel, his sisters Heidi Wing and Kathleen Battles, his brothers Joe and Michael Pagel, as well as many cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Paul served in the U.S. Army from 1981-1988 and was honorably discharged with many commendations. He was an amazingly talented musician and with his band recorded a self-titled album Morning Star. His technical expertise was unmatched, even by his children. His sense of humor acted as a light in any darkness and his compassion a great comfort to many. If a laugh wasn't what you needed, then a shoulder to cry on was what you got. He was an incredible man, father, brother, and friend. He will be forever missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. With the current dangers of COVID-19 in mind, the family will announce service dates when it is safe fr them to take place.

Obituary lovingly provided by the family of Paul Duquette.
