Richard J Kedski of Plymouth, formerly of Millis, died Saturday July 11, 2020, peacefully of natural causes with his family by his side. He was 87. He was the son of the late Rose P Hardy (DiCenzo) and Clayton Kedski of Milford. Richard was born in Milford and attended St Mary’s High School. He was a life long resident of Millis, before moving to West Yarmouth and off to Plymouth, with a winter home in Daytona Beach. After graduating from St Mary’s High School he joined the National Guard for a brief period. He work many years at the Joseph M. Herman Shoe Company in Millis. He was a successful proprietary of the R J Kedski Trucking Company of Medfield. He had many Medfield friends.

He enjoyed camping at Bourne Scienic Park on Cape Cod and loved gardening. He was an avid Patriots fan. Most of all he loved his family and loved to entertain many friends.

He leaves behind his wife Elaine Kedski of Plymouth. His brother Lawrence A Burns and his wife Gail of Bellingham.

Richard is survived by his children, Patricia Kedski Pratt of Daytona Beach, Rick Kedski Jr and his wife Cathy of Plymouth. Bob Kedski and his wife Sheila of Millis. His grand children, Tyler Pratt, Bobby Kedski Jr., Heather Kedski and Shannon Kedski. And lots of nieces, nephews and cousins.

A private memorial service will be observed.
