Stephen L. Thomas of Plymouth, MA, age 83, born August 5, 1938 passed peacefully at home
surrounded by family on March 30, 2022. He leaves behind his beloved wife of 58 years Renee
(Irene) Thomas of Plymouth. He was the devoted father to his son, Stephen L Thomas, Jr. of
Plymouth, his daughter, Stacey (Thomas) Moquin of Middleboro and was the loving grandfather
to his five grandchildren, Joshua Moquin and his wife Courtney (Libby) of Middleboro, Zachary
Thomas of Carver, Amanda Moquin of Middleboro, Nicole Moquin of Middleboro, Dylan
Thomas of Plymouth. He also leaves a nephew, Ralph Bonna of Florida. Steve was the loving
son of Antone and Hortense Thomas and a brother to Nancy (Thomas) Bonna and her husband
Ralph . Steve was born and brought up in North Plymouth, attended Plymouth Schools and has
lived his entire life there. Steve was retired from the Plymouth School department and loved
spending his free time fishing and going out on his boat on Long Pond. He also loved hunting
with his buddies. Steve enjoyed spending as much time as possible with family and friends. He
was a lifetime member of the Young America Club in Plymouth, the Christoforo Colombo Club
in Plymouth and the Upland Sportsman Club in Plympton. He was a former member of the
Plymouth Lions Club and held several positions in the club during his time there.

Visitation will be at Bartlett Funeral Home on Court Street, Plymouth. on Friday, April 8, 2022
from 5 to 7 p.m.

Funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 9, 2022 at 10:00 am. at St. Mary's Church,
Court Street, Plymouth, MA

Burial will be private.
