Obituary for William Francis Adamski

William "Bill" Adamski passed peacefully in his home with his wife by his side. Bill will be remembered as a respectful, good man, who's smile lit up the room. He was the loving husband of his cherished wife, Janelle Adamski, of 34 years. Bill was born in Holden, MA and was raised in Worcester, MA.

Bill was a Navy Veteran who served state side and spent time working at Chelsea Naval Hospital. His most cherished work was the time he spent working as a CRNA, which was a career that evolved from his experience in pharmacy school. Bill passionately worked as a CRNA for 46 years and would have worked until his last days if he had not fallen ill. Bill deeply enjoyed the teaching aspects of his job, always reminding those he taught that attention and assessment should focus on the patient, not solely the machines.

Despite life limiting illnesses, Bill continued to make the most of each day, living by his motto, "every day together is a good day". He and Janelle enjoyed sailing in and around Scituate Harbor, cooking, and most importantly being together. Bill also enjoyed photography and saw the world through the camera lens. He was able to find beauty in the smaller things in life.

Bill is predeceased by his father, William A. Adamski, and his mother, Dominica J. Adamski. He is survived by three children and six grandchildren from a previous marriage, as well as a brother in-law Randall Kronblad and Randall's wife Marcie Kronblad.

A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday April 13, 2022 at 10:30 am at St Kateri Church, 126 South Meadow Rd, Plymouth MA 02360. Burial will take place at 2:30pm that afternoon at the Massachusetts National Cemetery, Connery Ave in Bourne.
