Andrew Rehm, 81, died at home on February 16th. He was the loving husband of Linda Rehm (Lundius) and the father of the late Joshua F. Rehm.
Andrew was born in New Brunswick, New Jersey on April 30th, 1940. He graduated from Bound Brook High School in 1958. He served his country in the U.S. Army for three years achieving the rank of Staff Sargent at the age of 20.
He graduated from Paterson State College in 1967, and earned a Master's degree in Oceanography from the University of Puerto Rico in 1969 and his PhD in Marine Biology from the University of South Florida in 1974. He worked as a consultant for many years. He was a natural born teacher and also worked in education. Andrew was a person with many interests. Being a voracious reader, no subject was off limits. He loved traveling to all the places he read about. He was an expert on the history of WWll.
Andy was a unique person, a wonderful husband, father, and friend. Anyone who ever met Andy will not forget him. He will be missed.
