Arthur F Newhook, 74 of Taunton, formerly of Fall River, Berkley and Brockton passed away on September 12 after a lengthy illness. He was born in East Boston to the late Robert J Newhook and Mary (McLaughlin). He is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Norma M (Knight). Arthur's love of life and sense of humor will be sorely missed by his 5 children: Shawn P Newhook Sr of Lisbon, NH, Sheila A Berry, Brenda J LaPointe, Rosemarie A Drew all of Taunton and Arthur F Newhook Jr of Dighton, 15 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. He also leaves behind a brother: Robert Newhook of Winthrop, along with many nieces, nephews, family and friends. A celebration of his life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his memory to the American Cancer Society or to the SouthCoast Visiting Nurses Association
