Maloney, Bernard, 80, of Lakeville, passed away surrounded by his wife of nearly 50 years Donna J. Maloney, and his loving children, Sian Mastromatteo, Bethan Hureau, and David Maloney. He was born in Birmingham, England, the son of the late Francis and Fanny (Green) Maloney.
Bernard moved to the US when he was 30 years old, moving to Quincy, Ma He worked in the defense industry as Manufacturer's Representative for many years before retiring.
The family lived in Norwell for most of the children's childhood, later, moving to Plymouth after the kids were raised. A year and a half ago Bernard and Donna moved to Lakeville to live with daughter Sian and her husband Sean Mastromatteo .
Bernard also leaves behind his loving grandchildren, Colin Maloney, Caitlin Hureau, Max and Mia Mastromatteo and he was proceeded by his wonderful grandson Nathan Hureau. He also leaves behind sister in-law and brother in-law Judith and John Alongi, formerly of Hingham and Plymouth, now in Delray Beach, Fl. Four nieces and nephews, Alison Spade of Weymouth, Michael Player of Natick, Robert Player of Hingham, Leslie Seymore Player of Dresden, ME. As well has his youngest sister Maureen Berrows of Deven, England and many more nieces and nephews in England.
