Caleb Bradley Spencer, age 8 months, born at South Shore Hospital in Weymouth. Caleb died in his mother and father's arms at Boston Children's Hospital on May 14, 2014. He is the son of Kelsy Waterman and Steve Spencer. Caleb battled a lifetime struggle with chronic lung disease from premature birth caused by a rare syndrome known as twin transfusion. He is survived by his sister Braelyn Barron and brother Kevin Spencer. He is being greeted in Heaven by his twin brother Carter Braxton Spencer who passed 5 days after birth. They gave us a lifetime of love and memories during their short time on Earth. They will be greatly missed. A service to celebate thier lives will be held at Bartlett Funeral Home, 338 Court St., Plymouth, at 4:00 on Tuesday the 20th of May.
