Plymouth, Carl M. Webber, 94, passed away at Golden Living Care Center on October 14, 2009. Born March 19, 1915 in Plymouth, MA, he was the only child of Charles and Anna (Fohreder) Webber. Carl's wife was the late Josephine (Bastoni) Webber. A lifelong resident of Kingston, MA, Mr. Webber worked for the Quincy Navy Shipyard and on the grounds for the Plymouth Country Club. Mr. Webber enjoyed outside yard work and playing checkers with his family. Mr. Webber is survived by his son, Charles H. Webber and daughter in law, Linda, of Plymouth, his grandchildren, Ilene F. Webber of Carver, Cheryl M. Burr of Plymouth and Steven M. Webber of Plymouth. Mr. Webber also leaves behind 4 great-grandsons, Jeffrey, Bradley, Liam and Finnegan. Arrangements will be by the Bartlett-Garrity funeral home, 338 Court Street, Plymouth. Calling hours will be on Monday, October 19 from 8:30 – 9:30 A.M. followed by a funeral mass at St. Mary's church at 10:00 A.M. Interment will follow at St. Joseph's Cemetery.
