Kennedy, Daniel Patrick, 29, of Plymouth, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, October 31, 2014. He was born in Plymouth, the son of Patrick and Helen (Boyde) Kennedy.
Dan was a free spirit. He was very musical, always singing. He loved playing his harmonica and concertino, was quite accomplished at the bongo drums and was currently teaching himself how to play the guitar. He was quite the philosophizer, always thinking about life. He was the "trivia king." Dan was so funny, he could make anyone laugh or smile and he could brighten anyone's day.
Dan worked for Stop & Shop for 11 years. He worked for Citgo gas station for 2 years.
Dan is survived by his parents, as well as his siblings; Patrick Boyde of NY, Jonathan Days of WA, Matthew Boyde of Plymouth, Elizabeth Kennedy of Plymouth, Jacob Kennedy of Plymouth and Jonah Kennedy of Plymouth. He also leaves behind many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Shirley Pelligrini, Thomas Kennedy, Patricia Boyde and James Boyde, Sr., as well as his cousin, Philip A Taylor III.
Arrangements under the care of Bartlett Funeral Home, 338 Court Street, Plymouth. Calling hours will be from 11 am – noon on Saturday, November 8th, followed by a memorial service from 12 - 1 pm. Interment will be private.
