Coelho, David, 72, of Plympton, passed away on Wednesday, May 29, 2024. He was born in Brockton, the son of the late Edward and Eleanor (Brooks) Coelho.

David grew up in West Bridgewater, graduating from West Bridgewater High. After graduating, he became a dental technician, owning his own business. Later, he was a volunteer dog officer from 1984-1996. He married Donna Lund and started a family in Brockton, later moving to Plympton in 1979.

David was an avid hunter and fisherman, spending his free time at his house in Allagash, Maine. He was a taxidermist and he loved photography.

David was the loving father to Chris, of Freetown, and Eric, of Mashpee. He also leaves behind his ex-wife, Donna, of Plympton. He was the adoring grandfather of Caylee, Ysabelle and Mia. He also leaves behind his brothers, Eddie Coelho and Gerry Coelho as well as aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his son, Ryan and his brother, Phil.

Funeral arrangements will be under the care of the Bartlett Funeral Home, 338 Court Street, Plymouth. Visitation will be held on Friday, May 31st, from 4-6 pm. A memorial service will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, June 1st at 9:30 am. Interment will immediately follow at Pine Hill Cemetery, West Bridgewater.
