David A. Elliott, of Duxbury, died peacefully with his family by his side on August 7, 2012. Born in Sharon, PA, March 13,1938 son of the late James and Ruth (MacMullen) Elliot. Beloved husband of 54 years to Rosemary (Connelly) Elliott. Loving father to Debora Elliott of Plymouth, Lori Sangster and her Husband Maynard of Duxbury, James and his wife Emily Elliott of Hanover, Tammy of Plymouth and Mary Katharine and her husband Michael from Wellington, Fla. Dear father to his late son David and son in law William. Loving "Pop Pop" to Tyler, Daniel, Connor, Kaelin, Kelsey, Jake, Margaret, Matthew, Grace, Mary and Benjamin. Loving brother to Katharine C. Elliott, preceded in death to his brother John. Dave was a graduate of the University of Youngstown and Suffolk School of Law . He was a member of the Pennsylvania's CPA Association and a member of the Mass Bar Association. Dave was a brilliant man who enjoyed reading, technology as well as golf, and swimming. His greatest love of all was his wife and children. Calling hours will be from 4-7pm Thursday, August 9th at the Bartlett-Santos Funeral Home, 338 Court Street, Plymouth, Ma. A Funeral service will be held Friday, August 10th at 10am, in the Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Mayflower Cemetery in Duxbury.
