Ricardo, David, 67, of Plymouth, passed away, surrounded by loved ones on Friday, June 8, 2012. He was the son of the late Manuel and Viola (Cadorette) Ricardo. He was born in Weymouth, MA. David was a self employed lobster fisherman all his life. He ran Ricky's Herring Run, a family owned business for many years. David was the loving father of Richard Ricardo of Plymouth, Robin Vivona of Plymouth and Patricia (John) Rego of Plymouth. He was the adoring "papa" of Nicholas and Kayla Vivona, Nicole and Corey Rego, Michael Guidetti, Richard Ricardo, Kaitlynn Fisher and Andrew Ricardo. He was great grandfather to Dylan and Tyler Guidetti and the light of his life, Madison Manns. He is survived by his brother, Robert Ricardo and his sister, Diane Swales. David also leaves behind his long time friends, Dina Silva and Jeff, who took very good care of him. Funeral arrangements will be made by the Bartlett-Santos Funeral Home, 338 Court Street, Plymouth. Calling hours will be on Tuesday, June 12 from 4:00-7:00 PM. A funeral mass will be held at St. Mary's Church in Plymouth on Wednesday, June 13 at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow at St. Joseph's cemetery. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
