Smith, David A., of Plymouth, 65, died Tuesday, September 29th, at the Jordan Hospital in Plymouth. David was born June 29, 1944 in Boston, MA to Robert and Olive (Dolloff) Smith. David served in the Air Force in Vietnam. He was the devoted father of Michele McGaffey of Stoughton and the late Scott Smith. He was the brother of Robert Smith of Tonawanda, New York and the late Olive (Smith) Silva. He was the loving grandfather of Jessica Smith of Taunton and Jacoby Matos of Stoughton. Arrangements will be made by the Bartlett Garrity Funeral Home, 338 Court Street, Plymouth. Interment will be at Bourne National Cemetery on Tuesday, October 6 at 10:00 A.M.
