Donna Marie (Leaman) Maccaferri, 80, of Plymouth, MA, passed away at home, on Thursday, June 4, 2026. She was born in Boston, Massachusetts on January 12, 1946, and was the daughter of Douglas Leaman and Dorothy (Schroeder) Leaman. Donna was a graduate of Holy Cross Academy and Aquinas College. Donna was raised in Newton, Massachusetts and spent summers in Plymouth, on White Horse and Priscilla Beaches, where she met her late husband, Charles Maccaferri.

Donna held careers in modeling, education, and retail both clothing and jewelry. An avid knitter, many family members and friends have benefited from Donna's passion for the craft. Donna loved her Celtics, Bruins, Patriots and Red Sox and could quote you roster names, statistics, and various other facts, including her opinions on coaching. She enjoyed traveling especially her annual trips to Aruba with friends and family.

Donna is survived by her brother Douglas Leaman; her son Christopher Maccaferri, his partner Jill O'Brien, their daughter Emilia Rose Maccaferri; her son Douglas (Doug) Maccaferri, his wife Michele Schultz, and Doug's son, her grandson, Douglas Maccaferri.

Funeral arrangements will be under the care of the Bartlett Funeral Home, 338 Court Street, Plymouth. Services for Donna will be held Friday, June 12, 2026, at 4:00 p.m.- 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be private.
