Eric N. Davis of Plymouth passed away peacefully with his family by his side on Saturday October 25th at his home following a 10 year courageous battle with cancer. Eric was 48 years old. He was the loving husband of Rachel Glasser Davis of Plymouth. Mr. Davis was the proud father of Kyle Davis and Taylor Davis both of Brockton and the step-father of Cameron Evans of Plymouth. He was the beloved son of Norman and Gudrun Davis of Pembroke and the cherished brother of Gary Davis and his wife Sue of Randolph and Deborah Davis of Plymouth. Eric is also survived and loved by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and countless friends. Eric was born on December 30,1965 in Barstow, CA. He served his country with honor as a Unites States Marine from 1987-1991, including during the Gulf War. Mr. Davis started his business; Davis Mechanical which specializes in Air Conditioning and Heating Ventilation at the age of 28. He met Assia Rachel Glasser in 2007 and in 2012 Rachel and Eric were married. Eric enjoyed playing pickup league hockey and routing for the Boston Bruins. He was a NASCAR fan and he and his wife loved and showed classic cars and muscle cars. Mr. Davis was a proud member of BNI Business Group in the Kingston and Norwell Chapters. Most of all Eric will be loved and remember for making people smile, laughing with friends and being a proud and strong family man, family was everything to him. A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday November 1st at 1pm at Plymouth Long Beach. The United States Marines Corp. will perform military honors. Burial will be held privately.
