Florence M Wenz (Sohmer), affectionately known as Fluffy born November 12, 1927 passed peacefully on September 25, 2017. Born and raised in Astoria, NY she spent 20 years in Levittown, NY before moving her family to Marshfield, Ma. She was a devoted parishioner of St. Christine's in Marshfield and dedicated many years to volunteering at church events. She enjoyed time with her family the most. Second to that she enjoyed traveling the world beside her husband and friends, knitting, reading and the long summer days spent on Humarock Beach. Predeceased by her husband Edward J Wenz. She leaves behind her daughter Susan and son in law Richard Madden of Carver, Ma. Her son Douglas and daughter in law Rita Wenz of N.Babylon N.Y. She also leaves behind 8 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Cranberry Hospice.
