Franklin Tilford Ralton, age 83, passed away, with his family by his side, on Wednesday, January 17, 2024, at his home in Plymouth, Massachusetts.
Franklin was born in Houston, Texas and graduated from Robert Lee Paschal High School in Fort Worth, Texas. He joined the United States Army in 1963 and proudly served overseas in Frankfurt, Germany. Franklin went on to obtain a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Technological College. He worked as a geophysicist for Western Geophysical in Australia, the Middle East, United Kingdom and Canada, eventually settling down in Denver, Colorado to start his own company, Pulsonixx.
Franklin was a keen poker player and enjoyed playing chess with his two grandsons, George and Henry. Franklin enjoyed spending many Saturday mornings with his granddaughter, Elle, sharing donuts for breakfast. Upon retirement, Franklin continued working with his son at Ralton Law Group, P.C.
Franklin is survived by his wife Iris Elizabeth Ralton, of over 50 years, his son Elliott Ralton and his wife Kristi Ralton, his daughter Emma Whybrow and her husband David Whybrow, his three grandchildren George Whybrow, Henry Whybrow and Elle Elizabeth Ralton, his sister Linda Touraine and her husband Eddie Touraine and their children, Danielle and Christopher; and his niece Carrie.
Franklin Tilford Ralton will be buried at the Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne, Massachusetts.
