Gerald Francis Mack

April 18, 1954 - July 13, 2025

Gerald Francis Mack 71, passed away July 13, 2025 at his home in West Yarmouth, MA after a courageous battle with a long illness.

Gerry was born in Brockton, MA and graduated from Abington High School , later attending Palm Beach State College in Florida. He had an accomplished career as the owner of G.F. Mack Construction Co., dividing his time between West Yarmouth, Massachusetts, and Port St. Lucie, Florida.

Gerry was known for his thoughtfulness, generosity and willingness to assist family, friends, and neighbors whenever needed. He enjoyed spending time boating, fishing, golfing, and working on projects with his son. He especially enjoyed making his homemade pizza for everyone to enjoy.

He is survived by his daughter, Katherine Callahan of Hoschton, Georgia; his son, Ryan Mack of Port St. Lucie, Florida; his beloved granddaughter, Annabelle Grace Callahan of Hoschton, Georgia and his life partner of 22 years, Rita Ann Harvey of West Yarmouth, Massachusetts. He is also survived by his sister Elaine Chambers and her husband Robert, of Bridgewater, MA and his nephews Bobby, Chris and Andrew Chambers.

A celebration of his life will be held on September 6, 2025 at 12:00 noon, at the Thorny Lea Golf Club, 159 Torrey Street, Brockton, MA 02301.
