Madrigale, Gilbert, 61, of Plymouth, passed away on December 13th, after a long illness. He was born in Malden, MA, the son of Karen (Garnon) and Gilbert, Madrigale, Sr.

Gil grew up in Bridgewater, graduating from Bridgewater/Raynham High School. He participated in band and hockey while in high school. After high school, he went to Johnson and Wales in Rhode Island, immediately going to work as a chef after graduating. He continued working in restaurants for his whole life.

Gil loved fishing and the beach. He loved working outdoors and being in his garden. For a long time, he was an avid skier. He loved his family.

Gil leaves behind his wife of 10 years, Devin, as well as his beloved children, Bella and Jackson. He also leaves behind his three sisters; Sherrie (and Joe) Costa of Raynham, Lauren Madrigale of Bridgewater and Noelle Robinson of Taunton. He also leaves behind many nieces and nephews.

Funeral arrangements will be under the care of the Bartlett Funeral Home, 338 Court Street, Plymouth. Calling hours will be held on Monday, December 19th from 5:00-7:00 pm. A memorial service will be at 7:00 pm. Interment will be private.
