"Sunni" Gregory Campbell, died on July 16, 2023, unexpectedly at his home.

Gregory was born in Philadelphia, PA. He graduated from Blackburg high school in Virginia class of 1990. He attended Chowan Junior College from 90-92 in North Carolina, played semi pro football for the Roanoke Rush in Virginia.

Greg enjoyed writing music and singing. He loved watching football and NASCAR, he could stay on a beach or ocean for hours just looking and listening to the sounds of the water. If you had the chance to meet or know Greg, you know he left an impact with his personality.

Greg is survived by his wife Cathy, his son Dakota, and his stepchildren, Isaiah, Alicia, Marquis, and Mya. As well as many other family, members and friends.

Funeral arrangements will be under the care of the Bartlett Funeral Home, 338 Court Street. Visitation will be on Sunday, July 23rd from 2-4 pm. Burial will be private.
