Obituary

Gregory P. Lima, 77, passed away peacefully at BID on February 25, 2026.

Gregory was a lifelong resident of Plymouth and was deeply rooted in the community he proudly called home. In his earlier years, he worked as a commercial fisherman, a career he spoke of often and with great pride. The sea was a meaningful part of his life and identity. Later, he became a CDL driver and continued in that profession until his retirement.

Gregory had a love for motorcycle riding and cherished gathering with friends and family. He especially loved sharing stories of his fishing career and the many other adventures he experienced throughout his life.

He was the beloved son of Louis and Linda Lima. He is survived by his devoted life partner, Lynne Pimental of Plymouth; his son, Travis Morrissey of Vermont; his sister, Vivian Lanza of Plymouth; his nephew, Eric Lanza of Plymouth; and Sabrina O'Connell of New Hampshire. Gregory also leaves behind many close friends and relatives who will cherish his memory and the moments they shared with him.

Funeral arrangements will be under the care of the Bartlett Funeral Home, 338 Court Street, Plymouth. Visiting hours will be held at the funeral home from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Friday, March 13th, with a service to follow at 6:00 p.m.

Gregory's presence, stories, laughter, and steady spirit will be deeply missed but forever remembered by all who knew and loved him.
