Inis M. Rondeau Gillette (Peg), 91, of Plympton MA, passed away peacefully at home on November 9

2025 with her family by her side.

She leaves behind the love of her life, husband Robert Gillette. They were married 73 years.

She also leaves behind her son Robert Gillette(Lori) of Palm Harbor FL, and daughter Kathleen Gabriel

(Mark) of Plympton MA , her sisters Penny Batchelder of Ocala FL and Lyn Gallant of Pittsboro NC, 8

grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

Heaven has truly gained an Angel. She was selfless, devoted, generous, smart, and strong. She always

put others before herself.

She had a huge passion for flowers and gardening. They were just one of her many talents. She loved

nature, horses, and loved her family most of all.

In her hometown of Pepperell MA she graduated high school 1952 pro merito. Peg was a charter

member of the Nashua Garden Club and founded the Pepperell Garden Club. She was the first woman

to be a member of the Mason NH Board of Selectmen in the early 1970's. As a Plympton Garden Club

member she was involved in the re-beautification of the Plympton Public Library.

Peg was the daughter of the late Mary and Pete Rondeau. Other than her parents, she was preceded in

death by sisters Jackie, Teri, and Ann, and brothers Sonny, Skip, and Peter.

A private graveside service in Pepperell MA will be planned for the Spring of 2026. In lieu of flowers
