James J. Furtado, 85 of Plymouth MA passed away on Monday June 14th. Jim was born and lived in Lowell, MA and was also a resident of Hudson, FL. For many years. Jim was a beloved husband of Elaine D. Furtado (Pelletier), deceased. Dedicated father of Patricia Furtado of Sagamore Beach, MA, James Furtado of Concord, NH and Kevin Furtado of Lowell MA, deceased. A cherished grandpa to Kristen Higgins, Samantha Cutter, Jeremy Furtado, Kara Furtado and Kyle Furtado. Jim was a loving older brother to Robert and Jane Furtado of New Hampshire and Rita Fragale of Florida. He was an uncle to many nieces and nephews. Jim was a proud retiree of Purity Supreme Supermarkets and most recently a loved member of the Benchmark at Plymouth Crossing community. He will be missed by many.
