Jean Rogers (Pelczarski), 84, passed away peacefully on June 20th with her loving husband of 65 years, Gordon, by her side.

Born on October 20th, 1940, in New Bedford, Massachusetts, Jean was the heart of her family. Known for her keen sense of style and fashion, Jean was a dedicated wife and mother. An avid traveler, Jean found joy in exploring new places - from vast tours overseas, to simple trips to Nantucket, she was always looking forward to the next adventure. Her favorite saying when it came to travel was "Do it while you can". In addition to her passion for travel, Jean will be remembered for her love of animals, giving nature, patience, kindness, and unconditional love for her family.

Jean is also survived by her twin sister Joan Amaral and husband Jimmy. Her two children: Lynne Morey and her husband David of Plymouth; Jeffrey Rogers and his wife Tiffany of Sandwich. Her grandchildren: Andrew Morey and his wife Rachel; Amanda Morey and her fiancé Jon Robillard; Kevin Walker and Jake Walker. Jean was blessed to be a great grandmother to Maddison, Brooks and Harper.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Kazimierz and Sophie Pelczarski, and her brother Walter (Czaya).

Funeral arrangements will be under the care of the Bartlett Funeral Home, 338 Court Street, Plymouth. A memorial service will be held on Monday, June 30th at the funeral home at 10:00 am, followed by a visitation until 12:00. Please join us to celebrate Jean's life.
