O'Neil, Joanne R. (Baldwin) - Formerly of Rockland, originally of Charlestown, passed away Thursday, September 14, 2023 surrounded by love and care. She was 80 years old. Devoted wife of 44 years, she married her childhood sweetheart, the late Lawrence O'Neil. Together they raised six children: Lynn, Kathy, Karen, Christine, Richard, and Kerry.

Joanne was Mother-in-law to Rob, John, Rod & Duane. Loving Nana to Jill, Steven, Nickolas, Olivia, Sydney, Isabella, & Colin. Great Nana to Jack, Amelia, Max, Tess, Willa, & Mia. Beloved sister of Lee, Stephen, and the late John. She enjoyed spending time with family, and adored her two Havanese dogs, Abby & the late Lilly.

Joanne's memory will be cherished by her family, friends, and all those who had the privilege of knowing her. She leaves behind a legacy of unconditional love, strength, and kindness. She will be dearly missed by all.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Mass at Saint Mary's Church 313 Court St. Plymouth Ma on Thursday September 21, 2023 at 10:30AM.
