John Auld, a beloved husband, father, brother, Papa and friend died on May 31, 2023, at the age of 77. John was born on August 16, 1945, and grew up in Weymouth , Massachusetts with his mother and 5 siblings. John served in the Air Force during the Vietnam War before retiring as the head of the Inventory Department at Polaroid after 18 years of service.

John is survived by his loving wife of 26 years, Patricia, as well as his siblings Robert, Patty, Richard and Richard's wife Kathy. John was a devoted father to his daughter Stephanie and stepchildren Trisha, Kevin, and Kevin's wife Cheryl, and Gordon. John also leaves behind 13 grandchildren, Christina, Armando, Isabella, Wayne, Scott, Tony, Amanda, Stephanie, Holley, Gordon, Madeline, Truman, and Cooper, as well as many nieces and nephews.

John will be remembered for his big heart, quick wit and wry sense of humor. Rest in peace, John, you will be deeply missed.

A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, June 8 from 4-6 pm at Bartlett Funeral Home located at 338 Court Street in Plymouth. The service will begin at 5:00 pm. It is an opportunity for family and friends to come together and honor John's memory.
