John Joseph Collins, of Plymouth formerly of New Bedford passed away, Friday, February 19, 2010. He is survived by his wife, Mildred (Gamache), his stepson, Robert Lizotte & wife, Patricia, 3 Grandchildren & 7 Great-grandchildren, all of Plymouth. He also leaves behind his sister, Ada Haskell, from Florida and his brother William Collins & his wife, Marilyn who reside in Florida & Freetown. He is survived by many nieces and nephews. Funeral arrangements will be by the Bartlett-Garrity Funeral Home, 338 Court Street, Plymouth. Visitation will be Tuesday, February 23, 2010 at the funeral home from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM, with a memorial service at 9:30 AM. Burial will follow at the Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne at 11:30 AM.
