Joseph Harvey Ellis Jr. "Joe", 52, passed away from terminal cancer on January 16, 2014, at home surrounded by loved ones. He was born in Rutland, Vermont on June 14, 1961, to the late Joseph Harvey Ellis Sr. and Joyce (Ritchie) Ellis. Joe was a dedicated logistics coordinator for Cambridge Farms Inc. for over 30 years. Joseph leaves behind his beloved wife Norma (Junta) Ellis of Plymouth. He is survived by his four sons; Anthony and partner Barbara of Clairton, Pa, Joseph and partner Jenna of Plymouth, John and wife Shannon of Clairton, Pa, Andrew and fiancé Cerissa of Plymouth. He also leaves behind his daughter Amber Ellis of Clairton, Pa. He was the loving "Papa" to thirteen grandchildren. He is survived by his siblings Robin (Ellis) Junta, Richard, Daniel, and Melissa Ellis. He also leaves behind his faithful, long-haired Chihuahua "Buddy". He was predeceased by brother, David Ellis. Funeral arrangements will be made by the Bartlett Funeral Home, 338 Court Street, Plymouth. A wake will be held from 4-7 pm on Tuesday, January 21st, 2014.
