On Tuesday, December 29, 2020, Kathleen Ann Richardson lost her courageous two year battle with cancer. Kathy was born in Boston on March 7th 1965 and she grew up in Whitman with her parents and siblings. She was a 1983 graduate of Cardinal Spellman High School in Brockton Ma. For the last ten years, Kathy worked as a kind and devoted home health aid. She has resided in Marshfield by the ocean where she took great pride in her home, where she loved spending time with her three children, her granddaughter and many friends and family members. Kathy could be found cheering on Tom Brady and the Patriots during football season and spending peaceful, quiet nights in her backyard flower gardens, talking and laughing around the fire pit and enjoying sunsets and sunrises from her bedroom window. She also loved sunbathing, dancing to live music, kayaking, and camping. Kathy is survived by her three loving children; Michael Sturge and Aryn Morcom of Reading, VT., Ryan Sturge and Danielle Cadieux of Middleborough, MA and Amanda Sturge and Brian DaSilva of Wareham, MA. Kathy is also grandmother to Gracie, 8 yrs old, and Peyton who was born just days after Kathy's passing. Kathy will be dearly missed by her devoted parents John and Roberta Richardson of Plymouth, MA. She is also survived by her sister Jeanette O'Leary of Unity N.H. and her husband Jeff, her brother Ken Richardson and Elaine Cordeiro of Plympton, MA., her sister Christine Sealey of Plymouth, MA and her husband Ray, her sister Patty Niles of Weymouth,MA, and her husband Bob, her brother Michael Richardson and his wife Erin of Plymouth, MA.
