Obituary

Lena A Bolduc, 86, passed away peacefully on June 1, 2025, with her family by her side. She was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, Norman D. Bolduc (2009).

Lena was the daughter of the late Joseph D. and Katherine (Barns) Romano. She was born on May 4, 1939 in Burlington, VT.

Lena was the cherished mother of Shelley A. Binder (David) and Suzanne. She is survived by her sister, Maureen Gray, brother Joseph Romano, Jr. and Aunt Rose Askins, and several nieces and nephews. Lena also leaves her dearest in laws, Pam and Albert Carmichael.

Lena grew up and lived in Plymouth until 2020 when she moved to Carver. She loved being in her home, reading, cooking, watching tv, & being with her family.

In her younger years, Lena was an avid beach lover, bridge player and talented knitter .

Lena adored her grandchildren; Aime K Butterfield (Nathaniel), Joshua H. Binder (Stephanie) and Julia L. Binder. Her ultimate joy were her three great granddaughters; Adeline, Ellie and Penelope.

Lena will be remembered as a dedicated mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, who loved her family. Her brilliant smile and spicy personality will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Funeral arrangements will be under the care of the Bartlett Funeral Home, 338 Court Street, Plymouth. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, July 10th from 4-5:30 pm. A memorial service will be held at the funeral home at 5:30. Burial will be private.
