Sechoka, Lorraine, 91, formerly of Plymouth, passed away Monday, March 18 in Wareham. She was the daughter of the late Frederick and Lillian (Dozois) Lawrence.
Lorraine was born in Randolph, married in Wollaston and lived in Weymouth for 20 years before moving to Plymouth and making that her home for the next 34 years. Lorraine started her career at Boston Safe Deposit and Trust in Boston and worked for many years at William Hull Real Estate Agency and for the Snow Goose Shop in Plymouth.
Lorraine was the devoted wife of Paul G. Sechoka, Sr., who preceded her in death, and loving mother of Paul G. Sechoka, Jr. and his wife, Pam, of Carver, Robert Sechoka of Plymouth, and daughter Elizabeth Sechoka and her husband, Ron, of East Pennsboro, PA. She also leaves behind her grandchildren, Peter, Steven, Matthew, Lianne, Stephanie, Melanie and Danielle, her great granddaughter, Mya. She was the beloved aunt to her nieces, Patricia, Lorraine, Claudia, Kathleen, and Kathy Ensor, and her nephew, Lawrence. She was preceded in death by her sisters, Vivian Mullaly and Rita Cronin, and brothers, Frederick and Charron. .
Funeral arrangements will be made by the Bartlett-Santos Funeral Home, 338 Court Street, Plymouth. A funeral mass will be held in Lorraine's honor at St. Peter's Church on Saturday, March 23 at 11:30 AM. Interment will follow at St. Joseph's Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Lorraine's memory to a charity of one's choice.
