Martin Francis Ridge of Quincy (born 1934) died peacefully on April 9 after a long illness. He was a Korean Veteran, a stagehand and a member of the IATSE Union from which he retired. He loved to fish and take walks in the Blue Hill Reservation. Pre-deceased by Catherine Fay and John Ridge, he is survived by his sister, Mary C. Coughlan, companion Millie Burgos and several nieces and a nephew. Francis will be remembered in a service on May 1 at 10 a.m. in St. Francis Xavier Cabrini Church in Scituate.
