Obituary

FINDLEN, Mary R.(Flynn) of Plympton formerly of Dedham, died peacefully at her home on August 29,2025 surrounded by her family.

She was the beloved wife of the late Joseph E, Findlen. Devoted mother of Cheryl Findlen Callahan of Rockville, MD, Joseph F. Findlen and his wife Janice of Myrtle Beach, SC, Maureen Findlen Callahan and her husband Dennis of Plympton, Mark H. Findlen and his wife Maryann of Canton, Nancy Findlen Saraf and her husband Thomas of Mendon, and the late Kelly Findlen Hiltz. Also survived by 18 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by Parents Henry Flynn and Margaret Salmon Flynn and brothers Jack and Henry(Steve) Flynn. Survived by many nieces and nephews.

Mary was a dedicated employee of the Norfolk County Probate Court for over 25 years and very active in many organizations in Dedham including the St. Mary's Catholic Woman's Club. After leaving Dedham in 2015 she lived with her husband for several years at Keystone Place in Buzzard's Bay.

A funeral mass will be on Saturday, Oct 25, 2025 at 11 AM at St Mary's Church at 420 High St, Dedham, MA . Burial will be private. There will be luncheon to follow at The Chateau Restaurant at 404 Boston-Providence Turnpike, Norwood MA 02062

As requested by Mary - A Celebration of life will take place at a later date.
