Devoted Mother of Jason Parkhurst and his Partner Bonnie Smith of Plymouth, Jeffrey Parkhurst and his Partner Jason Oh of Plymouth and her cherished dogs Nicholas and Ginger of Plymouth. Sister of Stephanie Moran and her husband Joe of Braintree, Jennifer Sylvia and her husband Ron of Plymouth, Paula Ronayne of Wareham and Adoring Grandmother of Jocelyn Parkhurst of Plymouth and several nephews. Relatives and friends will gather in honor of Meredith at Bartlett Funeral Home, 338 Court Street in Plymouth on Friday evening from 4:00PM to 7:00PM
