Michelle J. LaPorte

Michelle J. LaPorte passed away unexpectedly at her home on December 4, 2025.

Michelle was born on February 26, 1971 and was raised in Duxbury, MA by her parents, Donald E. LaPorte and Carole A. (Shawnessy) LaPorte. Michelle was a 1989 graduate of Duxbury High School. After graduation, Michelle then went on to work in the restaurant industry, working her way to becoming an Executive Chef. Along with her love of cooking, Michelle also had a love for her fur babies, Suki, Cherie, KK and Tony.

Michelle is survived by her parents Donald E. LaPorte & Carole A. LaPorte of Ocala, Florida; her brothers Donald E, LaPorte Jr and family of New Britian Connecticut; Shawn M. LaPorte and his significant other Erin Hall of Pembroke; and Todd G. LaPorte and his wife Kerri A. LaPorte of Carver, MA, along with many nieces and nephews.

Funeral arrangements will be under the care of the Bartlett Funeral Home, 338 Court Street, Plymouth. Visiting hours will be held Friday December 12th from 4-6:45pm. A memorial service will be at 6:45 at the funeral home, all are welcome to attend.

A private family graveside ceremony will be held on Saturday, December 13th at 11am.
