McShane, Nina E. "Terry," 89, passed away at home in Plymouth, on Saturday, August 6, 2011. Terry grew up on Nantucket Island. She moved to the "mainland" and became a teacher. She taught elementary and middle school for many years in Rockland, MA. Terry was a member of Delta Kappa Gamma, a professional honorary society of women educators. An avid golfer, Terry served for several years as a director at the Plymouth Country Club. She is survived by Al, her loving husband of 65 years, her three sons; Michael, Kevin and David, daughters in-law; Carole, Edith and Marie, as well as two grandsons, Chris and Andy. Funeral arrangements will be by the Bartlett-Santos Funeral Home, 338 Court Street. Visitation will be on Wednesday, August 10, 2011 from 9:30-10:30 AM at St Bonaventure Church in Plymouth, 799 State Road. A funeral mass will be at 11:00 AM on Wednesday. Interment will follow at Bourne National Cemetery in Bourne. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
