Miranda, Pauline (Pina), 82, passed away surrounded by family July 13th, 2012. Pauline was born in New Bedford, the daughter of Thedore and Amelia (Perry) Pina. She grew up in Carver, and went to school in Plymouth. Pauline was the loving wife of late John Miranda. She was the mother of Diane; New Bedford, the late John Miranda Jr.; New Bedford, Richard; Yarmouth, and Missy; Plymouth. She was the sister of MaryAnn Veiga; Plymouth, and Irene Randolph; Georiga. She had 7 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren . She also leaves behind many nieces and nephews as well as many other family and friends. Pauline was an avid Red Sox fan. She was a friendly, loving woman. She loved all her sisters, children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Pauline always made sure her family was taken care of. She was a very good mother. Funeral arrangements will be made by the Bartlett-Santos Funeral Home, 338 Court Street, Plymouth. Calling hours will be on Tuesday, July17 from4:00-7:00 PM. A funeral mass will be held at St. Peter's Church on Wednesday, July 18th at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow at Vine Hills Cemetery.
