Richard (Dick) Franz, 60, of Carver, MA passed away on January 15, 2013. A memorial service will be held at January 26, 2013 at 1:00 pm at Faith Baptist Church of Plymouth County Carver. Pastor Shawn Weeks along with Brian Mitchell will be officiating. Rick was married to Deborah Franz on August 15, 1992; they were married for 20 years Rick owned his own business, Dick Franz Painting for over 30 years. He was also actively involved in forming Carver CAPS, and Faith Baptist Church of Plymouth County. Rick is survived by his wife Deborah, daughter Sara and nieces and nephews. Rick is preceded in death by his parents Norman and Grace Franz, a brother Norman Franz Jr. and a sister Barbara (Franz) Bisbee. Rick had requested in lieu flowers memorial donations be given to the Dick Franz Fund Mayflower Bank Plymouth MA. to help with his daughter Sara's education. The family of Rick wishes to thank Beth Israel Hospital, Radius Rehab. and Cranberry Hospice.
